trying to get as much gam as possible into the
shot can be a frustrating experience
obviously there's something much more
important than you going on
uhhh......
we're about to take the photographers money,
clothing and dignity....

In September of 1980 Cheryl Prewitt of Ackerman, Mississippi was crowned Miss America; apparently she was rather unattractive because the following June Ian Gormely was born so that balance in the universe could be restored. He spent his formative years on the mean streets of North Vancouver where he developed his tough street smarts and a knack for wise-ass sarcasm. Once emancipated from the clutches of the North Shore, Gormsey journeyed to the old wolrd on a soul searching quest that lead him from the urban jungle of Berlin to the icey shores of Reykjavik. He now resides in sunny Vancouver where he toils endlessly for the local power company, spending nights with friends, rocking out to obscure musical acts and debating their place in the pop music pantheon. Yes kids, livin' the dream is his business and from this vantage point, business is good.
